Used this last year on the patio (see black spot pic from before clean. The 2nd pic of the same part of patio is a photo from a couple days ago so just over a year apart, all you're seeing is dirt as I've not cleaned it yet this year, but no black spot has come back). The black spots were really bad all over the patio and I did find I had to go over them alone as they were very ingrained but all did disappear, so any comments saying it's not removed black spot, just keep going over until they are gone, I did it once a week until gone, took about 4 or 5 go overs but needed less each time as they slowly faded after each application. Did a test patch on an old put together bench yesterday and the difference is good also, plan on doing the shed too so it matches our new clean summer house. Very expensive can get cheaper stronger sodium hypochlorite but the fact this one means my dog can go back outside very quickly is why I use it!
